Shia and Sunni Parties to Form a Grand Religio-Political Alliance in Pakistan

Two major Shia parties and a huge alliance of Sunni Bralevis are likely to form a grand alliance of religio-political parties very soon, sources disclosed to the Shiite News.

Recently, Shia Ulema Council of Allama Sajid Naqvi and Allama Nasir Abbas Jafri’s Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen have reached a code of ethics for still closer friendly and brotherly mutual relations.

Senior most religious scholars of Pakistan Allama Shaikh Mohsin Ali Najafi, Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Najafi and Allama Shaikh Shifa Najafi have helped drafted the code of ethics. The code of ethics will be signed by the heads of the two major Shia parties very soon.

Alongside this development, the Shia and Sunni parties began work on forming a grand alliance of Shia-Sunni parties. The proposed alliance will comprise of Sunni Ittehad Council, MWM and the SUC. The heads of these parties are likely to make formal announcement very soon.

The leaders of these parties will address the gatherings of other parties’ supporters with a view to strengthen the unity among Muslims. These parties have decided not to oppose each other on any issue and adopt joint stance on national issues and never engage war of words against each others.
